Patrick Rohan Hired as Senior Project Manager
Patrick Rohan has joined Investigation and Remediation Services as a Senior Project Manager. Patrick is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager with 20 years of experience in the environmental project management field. He has worked extensively with government agencies, industrial and commercial manufacturers, property management companies, banks, insurance companies, developers, and engineering firms. His experience includes the coordination of a wide array of projects spanning multiple agencies and regulatory programs (Indiana Brownfields, Voluntary Remediation Program, State Cleanup Program, and Leaking Underground Storage Tank) to address both petroleum and chlorinated solvent impacts to soil, groundwater, and indoor air. As a Senior Project Manager, Patrick is involved in all phases of project coordination and oversight, proposal and work scope generation, client and regulatory correspondence, subcontractor scheduling for multiple locations throughout Indiana. Additionally, he has written numerous SPCC and SWP3 plans for industrial facilities located throughout the Midwest, and is a qualified All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Environmental Professional that has conducted hundreds of Phase I / Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
Andrew Cardella has joined us as Staff Engineer in the Investigation and Remediation Services Division. Andrew has a background in architecture and recently completed his masters in civil engineering from Auburn University with a focus on environmental engineering, water quality, and remediation. Andrew is also a Certified BPI Building analyst and is LEED Green Associate Accredited.
