We are pleased to announce that Derek Faulk will join Wilcox as the Fort Wayne Branch Manager. Derek holds a degree in geology from Louisiana Tech University and was most recently employed as the Manager for Environmental Programs Directorate at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. At the LANL, he served as the Waste Services Manager and the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Operations Manager. Before moving to the southwest, Derek was a Branch Manager and Environmental Group Manager in Fort Wayne for eight years. Previously, Derek held environmental consulting positions in Texas, California, Oregon, and Colorado, which clientuploads/directory/Staff_Directory/Derek Web.jpgincluded work at several high-profile remediation sites. He has managed environmental site investigations and site assessments, remedial actions, brownfield assessments, RCRA RFIs and Expedited Cleanups, emergency responses, hazardous waste identification, waste management transport and disposal operations, unexploded ordnance sweeps, and UST removals throughout the west, south, and Midwest. In addition to his Branch Manager duties, Derek will be a Sr. Project Manager for the Investigation and Remediation Services Division and assist in developing new business.
Greg Towler is an Environmental, Health, and Safety Professional with over 12 years of experience working in both manufacturing and consulting settings. Greg holds an MA in Environmental Management from Ball State University, as well as a degree in Plant and Soil Sciences and International Business. Greg also has a Green Belt in Six Sigma certification. He was most recently employed as a Senior Health, Safety, and Enviornmental Engineer in private industry. Greg brings a variety of expertise to Wilcox, including behavioral-based safety, safety program management, EPCRA/SARA and TSCA Reporting, developing and negotiating environmental permits, multi-media environmental auditing, and air, water, and waste compliance programs and management systems. As a Regional Manager for the Michiana area and a Sr. Project Manager for our Industrial Compliance Services Division, he will manage individual projects and assist in developing new business. Greg will work closely with Wilcox industrial clients in Michiana to evaluate their specific requirements.
