Wilcox is continuing to expand their Wisconsin office by adding a new Staff Geologist to the team. Nikki Dudei has over six years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Nikki has her B.S. in Geography, with a Geology emphasis from Wisconsin-Whitewater and Her M.S. in Geological Sciences from Ohio University. She has planned and conducted numerous site investigations, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) mobility assessments, and conceptual site model development, from proposal to closure.

Nikki has experience in various field methods, including soil logging and sampling, groundwater sampling (low-flow and bailer purge), vapor sampling (sub-slab, ambient air, indoor air, soil gas), aquifer testing (constant rate pumping, stepped pumping, single-well, multiple-well, and tracer), monitoring well and piezometer installation in soil and bedrock, drilling oversight (roto-sonic, direct push, mud rotary, hollow stem auger, and air rotary), and technical subcontractor training. Additional field experience includes mobile laboratory oversight (soil, groundwater, and bedrock volatile organic compound [VOC] analysis), membrane interface probe (MIP) and laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) drilling, cone penetration testing (CPT), and injections (carbon amendment, in situ chemical oxidation [ISCO], and carbon dioxide).

Nikki also has experience in project planning and execution. She has assisted in managing small and large projects from the proposal phase to implementation, including a portfolio of 50 Phase I ESAs across the United States. She has acquired bids, created and tracked budgets, prepared reports, and worked with regulatory agencies to achieve site closure.
