Wilcox is pleased to announce that Tyson Patterson has joined the firm as the Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) Claims Administrator and a Project Manager. He has extensive knowledge and experience related to Indiana’s LUST and ELTF rules, regulations, and enforcement. Prior to joining Wilcox, Tyson worked for an environmental consultant as an ELTF claims specialist and managed the ELTF section at IDEM for Navigant Consulting. His recent experience includes managing government revenue streams; revamping accounting, billing, and ELTF claims processes; and training technical staff in compliance with the ELTF rules.
Tyson was born in Evansville, Indiana, and has also lived in St. Louis, Sacramento, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Memphis. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and has lived in Indianapolis since graduation.
