Paul has his B.S. in Geology and Hydrogeology from the University of Vermont and his M.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager with more than 14 years of experience in the environmental industry. He has worked extensively with government agencies, power companies, industrial and commercial manufacturers, property management companies, banks, insurance companies, developers, and engineering firms. Paul has led teams of environmental professionals that have conducted environmental assessments and remediation projects across an array of industries and geographies for industrial, private, municipal and law firm clients. Paul has managed and conducted on site investigation and remediation activities for a variety of contaminants, including petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents and manufactured gas plant tar constituents. Paul has been involved in all aspects of department and project management including personnel leadership, project and program planning and scoping, technical analysis, feasibility studies and corrective action planning, regulatory negotiations, and health and safety.
