Marsha Gray has over 18 years of Business Development experience working with commercial and industrial clients to provide solutions to address their environmental, regulatory and health and safety needs. She began her career with a start-up company that eventually became a premier provider of due-diligence services to the cellular phone industry when they were building their tower networks. Over the years, Marsha has worked with attorneys, commercial lenders, mayors, developers, real estate brokers, economic developers, environmental/health and safety managers and private property owners to help solve their environmental issues.

Prior to joining Wilcox, she worked for a consulting firm that specialized in helping their clients secure funding for the investigation and remediation of their contaminated properties using historic insurance policies. She currently serves in Business Development of the Indianapolis market.
