Wilcox assisted a grey iron foundry with the preparation of environmental permits, annual compliance documents, stack testing, and industrial hygiene sampling and analysis. Additionally, we managed and directed the closure of an on-site LUST issue achieving an IDEM No Further Action (NFA) designation through the use of an Environmental Restrictive Covenant (ERC).
