Wilcox provided consulting services to a manufacturer of creosote-treated rail ties at 11 different facilities in nine different states. Wilcox prepared all manner of permits and compliance documents, including air discharge permits, NPDES discharge permits, SPCC Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, RCRA Contingency Plans, a Facility Response Plan, Form R reports, waste disposal characterization and authorizations and cost-benefit analysis and assessment of risk for various business operations. Additionally, we prepared summaries of compliance-related requirements for several of the operations managers to assist with compliance at the plant level.
