Wilcox managed and directed the removal of hydraulic lifts, underground storage tanks, and associated hydrocarbon impacted soils at this City of Indianapolis Brownfield project. This unique project (a public-private partnership) was formerly an automotive repair facility, the central headquarters for a taxi company and a warehouse which was purchased by the current owner at a City Tax Sale. In less than 90 days, we removed the lifts, tanks and impacted soil to meet IDEM clean-up objectives and obtained IDEM No Further Action (NFA) status for the property owner. This allowed the owner to obtain critical bank financing and finish developing the property into a mixed-use facility.
