Wilcox assisted two clients in resolving issues raised by the USEPA related to bulk storage of petroleum products. We provided engineering design services to our client in order for them to construct a AST system that meets regulatory requirements. We provided the other client with engineered design plans for required modifications to an existing facility. We obtained the appropriate authorizations for the construction, prepared a SPCC Plan for each facility and worked with the USEPA Region V to demonstrate compliance with the SPCC Rule.
