Wilcox assisted an aluminum coater and anodizer facility with the preparation of environmental permits and annual compliance documents, including air permits, wastewater discharge, Tier II and Form R Reports and Biennial Waste Reports. We assisted in achieving a modification to the facility’s air permit which allows the client to cease operation of its control device during specified periods of operation resulting in a significant reduction in operation costs. This is one of very few permits issued with this kind of condition in Indiana. Additionally, we completed stack testing and industrial hygiene sampling for the facility, and assisted in design and operation of the facility’s wastewater treatment system.
