Change in Ownership
Steven B. Wilcox, President
I am proud and excited to announce that I have acquired all shares of Astbury Environmental Engineering, Inc. formerly owned by several outside shareholders and Dan Astbury. Dan and I started the company together in 1994, so there are some mixed emotions associated with this change. However, the entire company is looking forward to moving forward into a new era.
Astbury continues to experience consistent growth and exciting new business opportunities. We've grown to more than 40 employees in both our Indianapolis and Evansville locations, assembling the best talent in the industry. Our Evansville office is continuing to expand, as well as our national diverse client base. I look forward to future E-newsletters and notices to share company achievements and milestones.
